GRT Shipmanagement was established in Mumbai in the year 1998 by the first generation entrepreneur Mr. Omprakash Gupta.   GRT is one of the leading Multi-Modal Transport Operator, Cargo Consolidator in India. Operating out of their main hub at Mumbai, The company sea- route cargoes from the west coast of India, the hinter land comprising large parts of north, central, east & south India to destination all over the world.   GRT endeavors to provide seamless Logistics Solutions in Container Movement from desire to Export to error free in time Manifested delivery at destination.   The company is ranked amongst the top three operators in the field of cargo consolidation and export and has expanded its services into the areas of Imports, Warehousing, Project Exports, CFS infrastructure.   GRT was born of the desire and vision to provide differentiated, value enhanced and innovative services in the consolidation business to Indian Exporters.   Driven by a high talented and committed team who are specialist in their respective domain with the customer as the center of gravity. GRT endeavors to establish it self as the dominant player and a one stop services super market in the Multi-Modal Transport market place.     Promoters   Mr. Omprakash Gupta - Managing Director Mr. Omprakash Gupta is the Managing Director of the company. He is a Science graduate from Mumbai University. After graduating, he joined Patel Roadway as Marketing Executive during his 2 years he gained logistic business experience in addition to developing sales & marketing skills. He joined Logitaner (I) Pvt. Ltd. In year 1996 as Assistant Marketing Manager and than Nivedita Shipmanagement Pvt. Ltd. as Resident Director in 1997. By the end of year 1997 he resigned from this company to setup his own business and he founded GRT Shipmanagement Pvt. Ltd. in 1998 along with his business colleague Mr. Navin Dhansukh who is at present Director of the Company.     Mr. Navin Dhansukh - Director Mr. Navin Dhansukh is a Commerce graduate from Mumbai University started his career as a Marketing Executive with Sentrans Maritime Pvt. Ltd. in the year 1994. He joined Nivedita Shipmanagement Pvt. Ltd. as Assistant Manager Marketing in 1996. He left this company in 1997 with the Vision to start his own company along with Mr. Omprakash Gupta.
